Brands: registering an account and posting Campaigns are free. The prices of paid plans and optional services will be shown in the Service, including tax, when we start offering them.
Creators: registering and applying are free. Once our payment functions are available, we deduct the Creator fee fixed when the Collaboration Agreement is formed (currently 5% of the remuneration) when we pay the Creator.
- Other charges
- Internet connection and communication charges are paid by the customer. Once our payment functions are available, transfer fees and other charges shown in the Service may apply.
- Payment methods
- The methods shown in the Service. We do not currently offer any service that requires payment to us.
- Payment timing
- Paid plans and optional services: when you apply for them, as shown in the Service. Prefunding by Brands: before the collaboration starts, by the deadline shown in the Service.
- When the service is provided
- The service is available immediately after the application procedure is completed.
- Cancellations and refunds

Because the service is provided digitally, fees are not refunded once the service has started, except where the law requires otherwise.
If a Brand ends a Collaboration Agreement early for reasons not attributable to the Creator, the Prefunding for it is not refunded (Article 17 of the Terms of Service). How and when paid plans can be cancelled will be shown in the Service when we start offering them.
