Sound familiar?
You paid a flat fee. The video got views. Subscriptions didn’t move.
You can’t tell which creator brought which subscriber.
Ad costs keep rising, and tracking keeps getting harder.
Every new creator means another DM thread, another negotiation, another spreadsheet.
Sitara makes every creator accountable to revenue.
Why Sitara
Creator marketing that pays for real results
Sitara is built for subscription apps and games. Commission is calculated from actual payments, not views or clicks, and campaign funds stay with the platform until the brand approves the finished work. Our goal is to cut new-user acquisition cost by 40%.
Pay for results
Pay commission only when users pay
- Revenue share on attributed payments and renewals
- Commission on an order never exceeds what that order netted you
- Confirmed only after the refund window
Clear attribution
Know which creator drove which sale
- Each creator’s own offer code or invite code
- Links only fill in the code
- No device IDs or fingerprinting
Budget control
Spend you can predict
- A budget cap for each creator; nothing above it is owed
- Refunds reduce commission automatically
- Review every order before it is confirmed
Secure funds
Payment protected on both sides
- Brands fund the campaign before work starts
- Payment is released on brand approval, or automatically 14 days after delivery
- Creators are protected from unpaid work
The platform
Everything you need to run creator marketing
From the first campaign brief to confirmed commission, Sitara keeps recruiting, agreements and results in one place.
Campaign publishing
Publish campaigns with a model, budget and deadline, and pause or resume recruiting at any time.
Application review
See each applicant’s profile, reach and proposal, then confirm or decline.
In-app messaging
Talk with each applicant in a private thread linked to their application.
Online agreements
Creators propose the terms. Confirm the latest version or ask for changes; the collaboration starts when you confirm.
Conversion API
Send registrations, payments, renewals and refunds from your server with one API key. No SDK.
Codes & links
Give each creator their own coupon or invite code. Links fill the code in automatically.
Budget caps & refunds
Cap commission spend, and let refunds reduce commission automatically.
Per-creator control
Separate terms, tools and status for every creator. Pause one without touching the rest.
For developers
Built for your backend, not another SDK
Send events from the server that already receives App Store and Google Play notifications.
- One endpoint, one key per environment
- Five event types: registration, code redemption, payment, renewal, refund
- Test with your own server; a checklist ticks itself as events arrive
- Safe to retry: the same event ID is never counted twice
- Anonymous customer IDs only, no emails, phone numbers or names
- Keys shown once and stored hashed; optional IP allowlist
- Docs in English and Japanese

Campaigns & applications
Post a campaign, creators come to you
Describe your app or game, choose a collaboration model and set a budget and deadline. Creators browse open campaigns and apply with their profile and proposal, so you review interested creators instead of chasing them.
- Flat fee, hybrid or revenue share
- Applicants arrive with profile, reach and proposal
- Pause recruiting once you have enough creators
- Every applicant in one list, grouped by status

Pay for results
Track registrations, settle on payments
Send conversion events from your server. Sitara matches each registration and payment to the creator whose code was used, calculates commission at the agreed rate and holds it until the refund window closes.
- Matched by the creator’s coupon or invite code
- Commission calculated at the agreed revenue share
- Refunds reduce commission
- A 24-hour data check for brands before settlement

Unified management
Every creator, one dashboard
Each accepted collaboration gets its own record with the creator, agreed dates and status. Creators on the same campaign share your product connection, while their terms and controls stay separate.
- Status of every collaboration at a glance
- Pause or resume one creator, with an email notice
- Start and end dates taken from the agreed terms
- Existing orders and refunds keep their original terms

Online agreements
Agree on terms without the back-and-forth
Creators propose their fee, revenue share and duration. Confirm the latest version, ask for changes in chat, or decline. Every version is recorded, and the collaboration takes effect when you confirm.
- Confirm, ask for changes or decline in one place
- Every version of the terms is recorded
- Revenue share, fees and duration in one agreement
- Next steps appear once the collaboration is effective

Closed-loop attribution
From creator content to confirmed commission
Sitara follows each user from a creator’s code to registration and payment, then confirms commission once the refund window has passed.
-
Codes for every creator
Each creator gets their own coupon or invite code; links fill it in.
-
Server-to-server events
Registrations, payments, renewals and refunds arrive from your server with your API key.
-
Refund-aware commission
Refunds reduce commission, and eligible amounts wait out the refund window.

Collaboration models
Three ways to work with creators
Choose one per campaign. Creators propose the amounts when they apply.
Flat fee
A fixed fee for the promotion. Best for awareness and content. No integration needed.
Hybrid
A base fee plus revenue share. The easiest way to attract strong creators while paying for results.
Revenue share
Pay only a share of the revenue each creator brings in.

Screens show sample data.
For Creators
Your audience trusts you. Get paid for it, every month.
You name your terms
Propose your fee, revenue share and duration. See Sitara’s fee and your estimated take-home before you send. Brands confirm or ask for changes; they can’t rewrite your price.
Earn on renewals, not just the first sale
Subscriptions you bring in keep paying within the agreed term.
See every sale you drove
Your Performance page shows each order credited to you.
Free to join, 5% only when you withdraw
No charge to sign up, create your profile or apply. Sitara’s fee is 5%, taken only when you withdraw.
